As a person, I am optimistic, full of life, deeply connected to nature, and an animal lover. On my travels, I constantly discover new inspirations. The well-being of body, mind, and soul, as well as holistic health, are at the very heart of my interests.
For nearly fifteen years, I have been volunteering as a mentor and coach for the Swiss Red Cross, Caritas Switzerland, and various integration programs. I am passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and creating spaces where collective learning, personal growth, and sustainable development can flourish.
I work with a broad spectrum of methodological tools and have a strong network across various industries and professional fields. My consultations are clarifying, holistic, motivating, and individually tailored. They open up new perspectives and provide guidance for reorientation and change – both on a personal and professional level.
FLAG Coach Mission & Vision
As a certified Fast Like a Girl (FLAG) Coach, I support women in sustainably strengthening their health through cycle-synced and hormone-optimized fasting. My goal is to empower women to trust their bodies once again and to come into their full energy through targeted, holistic lifestyle strategies.
My fasting plans are individually tailored to the hormonal cycle – ensuring that fasting works in harmony with the body. Fasting can be a powerful healing tool to bring the female body back into balance. In my coaching, I provide in-depth knowledge about the connection between hormones, metabolism, and energy, guiding my clients with a clear strategy, personal support, and accountability.
Whether it’s about hormonal balance, weight loss, increased energy, or mental clarity – I help women find sustainable solutions and feel powerful, balanced, and comfortable in their bodies again.
MY Journey
From exhaustion to a rnewed sense of life
I am Sabina, 50 years young, and I know the emotional and physical challenges of midlife from my own experience. In my early 40s, I began to notice the first changes – initially just quiet signals. Then came joint pain, forgetfulness paired with stubborn "brain fog" that clouded my concentration, and a bloated midsection.
Two years ago, I discovered Dr. Mindy Pelz’s method and braved my first longer fasting reset. In the process, I learned how we can work with our hormones. Today, my "fasting muscle" is my most powerful tool for vitality. I maintain my well-being through understanding and compassionate self-care – on my journey of self-empowerment.
This experience has inspired me deeply. Now, I am ready to dive even deeper into these principles and wisdoms to continue discovering my path – for my personal well-being, my own health, and to share this lifestyle with you. Driven by this motivation, I founded vitality & wellbeing to support women in navigating the overwhelming sea of health information and feeling empowered. I am convinced that there is no one-size-fits-all solution; instead, we embark on a journey together – with an individual approach that truly fits you.
Since discovering the power of fasting, I’ve realized that in a fasted state – magic truly happens. I feel stronger – physically, mentally, and spiritually. I experience more clarity, excitement, intention, courage, and joy. I feel truly vibrant. It’s become my mission to help you turn this precious moment into the most vibrant chapter of your life.

I used to feel tired often and was constantly hungry – today I feel significantly more energetic, active, and alive. I’ve learned to think less about food and restriction, and found a new ease in my relationship with eating. Less cravings, more enjoyment – without guilt.
